For over 10 years now, La Fondation pour la Formation Hoteliere has been instrumental in helping our department at ONTU develop the “Hotel and Restaurant Business” program. This time, we received specialized equipment for conducting hybrid lectures on Zoom and broadcasting masterclasses, as well as new kitchen equipment.
In celebration of the University’s anniversary, we plan to complete the installation of a camera that will enable video streaming into a large screen in our kitchen, allowing students to observe the cooking process from any angle.
Thanks to this new equipment, we have already successfully hosted an international webinar in a hybrid format, with teachers and industry representatives from 25 universities across Ukraine in 15 cities participating. Next week, we are planning to conduct two more hybrid international webinars with lecturers from UK. These webinars are also made possible with the support of the FH.

Вже більше 10ти років Фондація допомагає нашій кафедрі розвивати спеціальність “Готельно-ресторанна справа” в ОНТУ. Цього разу ми отримали спеціалізоване обладнення для проведення гібридних лекцій у Зум і трансляції майстер-класів та нове кухонне обладнання.
До дня народження Університету ми плануємо завершити монтаж камери, що зможе транслювати відео на великий екран нашої кухні, щоб студенти могли слідкувати за процесом приготування страв з будь-якого ракурсу.
Завдяки новому обладненню ми вже змогли успішно провести великий міжнародний вебінар у гібридному форматі, до якого приєдналися викладачі та представники індустрії гостинності із 25ти університетів України в 15ти містах. Наступного тижня планується проведення ще 2х гібридних вебінарів з лекторами із Англії. Слід зазначити, що ці вебінари також проходять при підтримці фондації.
Колектив кафедри виражає велику вдячність фондації за підтримку в такі тяжкі для України часи.
